Causes Of Anxiety And Panic Attacks
Panic attacks or anxiety attacks often seem to have no cause. Although many times it is easy to see what might have caused the attack, at other times there is no obvious reason. Regardless of how frightening these attacks may feel, they are merely a message from our bodies. The possibility of a threat has been discovered and it is time to go. This is part of the age-old process that remains from early on when the choices were to either stand up and fight or run away. Sometimes it just does not make any sense why this happens when there is no reason. The imagination is responsible for thinking something is wrong when there is no real threat.
